The conditions for you are that you will not flame him, or any user for any reason. Clearly many of you have a personal problem with him -- if you see him breaking the rules, notify an admin. Do not deal with it yourself. I am my own light I refuse to be broken I am who I am

He refused to take his punishment like a man. You may have chosen to ignore it, but He KNOWINGLY and WILLINGLY defied the ban by making alt IDs, and he in no uncertain terms bragged about being able to do so. He's even stated derogatory things about us elsewhere. He is never, EVER going to change. This is NOT a flame. This is a cold, hard, substantiated, indisputable matter of FACT! Nice to see he's being given more consideration than the regards of those of us longtime supporters. If THIS is how much respect my concerns and feelings are going to be given... What's the matter... Cat got your dung?

He consciously threatened the board's security by promising to keep returning no matter what we do to him, and that warrants some sort of action against him, doesn't it? Is there some other reason you're unbanning him?

Secondly, you haven't showed me jack @#%$ -- you just keep 'telling' me how he did all these things, but haven't shown me ONE POST to back it up. Show me ANYTHING that shows he threatened to hack the board. Show me ANY post he made after I asked him and he agreed to not bypass his ban. I am my own light I refuse to be broken I am who I am

After Deathy's little tirade, Spittor edited to hell, deleted half the thing, but I'd saved it to my hard disk. It's titled "what's your ultimate?" and I sent it to you a week ago.

But he also violated his ban and made it quite clear that if his new alt was banned he'd keep making new ones. Heck I think Arty even warned him in that thread. Sadly Spittor decied to do some unessary cleanup and deleted eveything including warnings to deathy about violating his banishment.
