Thought I ought to add a couple of comments to this one, since Kalidor says he was in touch with other boards about me.

I did ask other boards why I was banished in them when I had done nothing to merit such a punishment in them. I did so in private e-mails to their administrative staffs, so as not to cause any other board a problem.

I didn't post at other boards (get around their banishments with tricks) because I knew the moment I did, trouble would start. I knew that even the friendliest of posts would trigger a series of flames in response, given the level of rhetoric that was being used in an effort to hurt my feelings.

I didn't want to inflict problems from this board anywhere else, and I still don't. That's why I didn't post in those places where I was welcome, even when an invitation was sent to me. That's also why I'm still not posting anywhere else and will not until this madness comes to an end and we can all speak to each other in with civility.

That's the truth, so help me God. You can ask my friends, who suffered endless e-mails where I poured my feelings out to them over the sentence that had been imposed upon me.

I'm frightened by a fan community where just a few folk can do so much to silence any individual. I want us all to promise that we'll never be a part of any "universal banishment" pact. Such cruelty shouldn't exist in our fan community, but if it must, let us never take part in it.
