I fully understand if you wish to use the other question for #10 instead of the math problem I created. However, I dont think it is as hard as it looks at 1st glance. It did not take me a week to solve the problem; I came up with the idea to have a classic Train A versus Train B problem featuring the Transformers shortly after the beginning stages of the MC3 were put into place. I only got around to solving the problem much later after searching for train math problems on the Web & quickly was led to a step-by-step example, which allowed me to set up & solve the problem correctly. The problem creation & solving, all totaled, only took about 1½ hours. I dont think thats too much to ask for a free G1 toy or Botcon exclusive. On the other hand, it is a bit much to ask Transfans to enter a Transformer contest & then consider them savvy mathematicians.

If another member of the ACC cant verify the accuracy of the answer, we should dump the problem anyway, just to avoid any troublealthough I am very certain it is correct.

Honestly.. Brainstorm...I never even gave you the respect to try myself. I apologize. I assumed that it would be too difficult, without even trying it myslef. My only concern, was concentrated on AllSparkers who have not reached high school level mathematics like Chu Ayane, or farmers like Teletran (one cow, plus, one cow, equals a chicken?)

I'll go try it now. It would be an honor to have your question there instead of Teletran's sucky one. :lol

Well, if you don't wanna use the math question, might I suggest "How many episodes of Beast Wars/ Machines had phrases or scenes from other movies?", or something along those lines. I know the Matrix, Terminator, Predator, Indiana Jones.... the point is to tell which or how many episodes. I'll try and find it when I get back from school if you guys like it.

and that question i came up with was just off the top of my head that night. if you got one that is better, aint no skin off my nose if you use it

and we could have the train question as a sorta "bonus round" type thing for whoever can make it into the matrix. not required to answer to win, but if they want to try it for fun then they can ya know?
